Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Chatigram’s services. By accessing or using Chatigram, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words with their initial letter capitalized have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Application refers to Chatigram’s software and services provided through web, mobile, or other platforms.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to IT KEY SOFTWARE, Nova Scotia, Canada.
  • Service refers to the Chatigram platform, including chat integrations, workflows, automation, and any associated tools.
  • You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
  • Lines refers to integrations with third-party channels such as Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and other chat or social media applications.
  • Workflow means automated conversation or communication logic designed within Chatigram to engage with users, similar to chatbots.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Chatigram and the agreement between You and the Company. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not use the Service.

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password or login method you use (including OAuth options like Google, Facebook, or Apple) and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password or access credentials to any third party. Notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Service Usage

Chatigram is designed to connect and manage communications across multiple chat apps, websites, and systems. You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
  • Violating the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Uploading harmful, malicious, or illegal content.
  • Circumventing security features of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Lines and Integrations

Our Service enables You to integrate with third-party platforms (“Lines”). You acknowledge that We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or policies of these third parties.

You must comply with the respective terms and policies of each integrated service.

Workflows and Automation

You may use Chatigram to create and deploy automated workflows. You are solely responsible for ensuring your workflows comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection and marketing regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IT KEY SOFTWARE and its licensors. The Chatigram name, logo, and any related marks are protected under trademark laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IT KEY SOFTWARE or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission.

“As Is” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the updated terms.
